Easy Now

I’m really into hot tea.  I am especially into tea that helps me out in some way or another.  I love Celestial Seasoning’s Sleepytime Extra tea before bed.  It contains Valerian and Chamomile which put me in such a great mood and helps me fall asleep.  I recently discovered Traditional Medicinals Organic Easy Now Herbal Tea for stress and tension at Kroger in their organic section.  This little tea bag helps me stay sane.  I am pretty high-strung to say the least and Easy Now really works for me.  It even helps tension in my shoulders.  I love Easy Now and I am not at all being paid to say that I do.  Easy Now is USDA certified organic, which is nice and fair trade certified which is even nicer.  Easy Now’s ingredients include chamomile, lavender, rosemary, catnip, peppermint, spearmint, licorice, stevia and passionflower.  I usually add honey to mine but it doesn’t taste bad by itself.  The awesome tea kettle in this picture was a wedding present!

Easy Now is currently my favorite tea!

I think maybe the reason this tea is so great is because of the Passionflower.  Passionflower has been used to treat anxiety, insomnia, and high blood pressure.  Passionflower is less potent than Valerian which for me means it does not make me sleepy.  Try it and let me know what you think.

  2. It’s finals week around here and this Easy Now is sounding like it would really hit the spot. I might need to make a run to the store?

  4. You should try it! I bet your sweet sister would bring you a tea bag to try when she comes to Columbus tomorrow if you ask her. I don’t mind. I love it, it helps me calm down without getting sleepy.
