DIY Valentines aka The Start of my Doily/Mod Podge Addiction
I know Valentine’s Day has passed but I couldn’t resist posting these cute Valentine’s I made for friends.
For this Valentine I used a Martha Stewart edge punch to create the lace look on the valentine. I made the envelope from this cute love paper that I downloaded from Paper Crave for free and the label is also a free download from Creature Comforts. I love free printables! I actually found both of these a while back and was waiting for a reason to use them.
About 5 years ago I covered my dresser with images from vintage sheet music I bought from some roadside antique store I stopped at near Gordo, Alabama. I loved the idea but it didn’t look as cool as I thought it would. Recently I scraped it all off and this image was saved. I am so happy I found a good reason to use it.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day!
