This past Christmas, I made stationary sets for some of my friends and family. I hand stamped notecards then added pretty vintage postage stamps, upcycled floppy disc labels, thrifted vintage greeting cards and lots of random stickers.

Kissing Cousin on Etsy
A couple of weeks before Christmas, a friend of mine asked me to model some vintage clothes for her Etsy store, Kissing Cousin. I love vintage anything and I especially love exploring abandoned hotels. Despite it being the coldest day of the year, it was quite a lovely afternoon.
DIY Upcycled Band T-Shirt Pillows
A couple of weeks ago, you may remember that I made a tiny baby pillow for my friend Jillian's baby shower from one of Ben's old band t-shirts. Well, Jillian and her husband Todd liked it so much that they asked me to make them a couple more! I am pretty stoked with the finished pillows and I really love this idea. Tiny Stuffed Owl

Cheers to the New Year!
This New Year's Eve, Ben and I attended the wedding of Bena Vedros and Jason McCain in Houma, Louisiana. They are two of our really good friends and we are so happy that they got married! After a night of celebration, we went to New Orleans on New Year's day. Bena and Jason live in New Orleans and invited us for a huge sleepover at their apartment. It was so much fun. I think the pictures from New Orleans are appropriately dirty.
DIY Tiny Baby Pillow
Right before Christmas, my very pregnant friend Jillian had another baby shower but this time it was here in Starkville. Although I had already given her a gift, I didn't want to show up empty handed. So I decided to make this quick and easy tiny baby pillow using thrift store fabric and one of Ben's old t-shirts. Both the t-shirt and the fabric were super soft, which I think should be perfect for their new little baby.
I love Snow!
It hardly ever snows in Mississippi and when it does it never snows in Starkville. Last nights snow was awesome! I love snow!
